We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Mt Cass Wind Farm project team.  This is a two-year fixed term full-time role that provides support during the construction stage and would be primarily based at the Site office located near Waipara, North Canterbury (or combined with some time in our Rangiora office).

We are looking for a self-driven individual to take responsibility for the document control system for the project.  As our system expert you will have excellent organisation skills, be comfortable working in an electronic document management system, including setup and maintenance, training users, and communicating with suppliers and contractors. 

Additional administrative and construction management duties would also be assigned to the successful candidate depending on their experience, which may include audits, resource consent compliance, etc.

To be successful in this role we are ideally looking for someone who has experience in document management platforms and systems (e.g., ProjectWise), and project management.  You will be:

  • highly organised and able to multitask

  • solutions focused with a can-do attitude

  • an excellent relationship builder and a confident communicator

  • a strong administrator with great attention to detail and an enthusiasm to learn 

  • proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Project).
