People & Culture Advisor (Fixed-Term)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced People & Culture (P&C) Advisor to join our busy team to cover a period of parental leave. You will provide generalist P&C services and support across all areas of the organisation. In doing this, you will create and nurture an engaged and high-performing work force, and coach managers so that they are empowered to proactively manage their people effectively and confidently.
If you are a capable P&C generalist who likes to be busy with a varied portfolio of work from recruitment, coaching managers, employment relations, HRIS support and development, and project work this could be the role for you.
You will ideally hold a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, and/or equivalent experience and will have positively developed your career through commercially focused P&C roles. You will be able to tap into your expertise and professional judgement to deliver a proactive advisory service to all teams across the business.
