As part of our graduate programme, you will have ongoing training and mentoring from across the organisation, work alongside experienced professionals within multi-disciplinary teams and gain experience using industry-standard toolsets on a range of projects to grow your skills, experience, and engineering capability.

To be considered for our two-year rotational programme you will be recently graduated or are completing your final year of study that ideally includes a minor in power. What makes you stand out?

  • Currently pursuing (final year) or completed a degree in Electrical Engineering

  • You are passionate about the energy industry and want to make an impact on the future

  • You are self-aware and have a commitment to development

  • You have a strong customer service focus with an absolute commitment to workplace and public safety

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a positive attitude
