We are in the thick of this weather system and experiencing multiple outages across the network. Our teams are carrying out repairs when and as it is safe to do so.

We are getting reports of a number of instances of lines down across roads. TREAT THESE LINES AS LIVE AT ALL TIMES. Our crews will be repairing and restoring when it is safe to do so. Please stay away from any downed lines and report any sighting to us on 0800 30 90 80.

If you lose power, be prepared to be without power for some days. Please activate your No Power Plan.

Medically dependent customers should ensure their power retailer has their most current information, have spoken to their medical professional and are prepared to relocate if needed.
