Kaikōura streetlight nodes
MainPower will be working on streetlight maintenance throughout Kaikōura until the end of June 2026. This requires streetlights to be turned on during daylight hours.
If you see streetlights on during the day, this is not a fault.
However, if you notice a streetlight is off after 7pm at night, please report this as a fault by calling MainPower on 0800 30 90 80 and we will get one of our team to check and repair it.
