MainPower Trust

The MainPower Trust is the organisation which owns the shares of MainPower New Zealand Limited on trust for the benefit of the communities of North Canterbury and Kaikoura and for Qualifying Customers.

The MainPower Trust has seven Trustees. The Trustees are elected every three years by the Qualifying Customers.

To provide significant benefit to the customers of MainPower New Zealand Limited (Our beneficiaries)

Our Purpose

To manage the shareholding of MainPower New Zealand Limited and other assets for the benefit of qualifying customers.
