Youth Sports Scholarships

The Youth Sports Scholarships (established in 2004) have been developed to aid and assist local talented sportspeople to perform to the best of their ability, while raising the profile of sport across the region.

The MainPower Youth Sports Scholarship supports young sportspeople to achieve their goals and at the same time aims to promote a regional culture of sporting success and excellence.

MainPower funds three Youth Sports Scholarships annually to the total value of $9,000. Scholarship applications are called annually in July and scholarships are awarded in October.
