Annual Review

MainPower produces and mails out to all shareholder-customers a copy of our annual review for the year ending 31 March each year.  Our annual review tells customers about the projects we do in the community.

Annual Financial Statement

MainPower also produces an annual Financial Statement and set of Accounts which are made available both through the website and also as a bound copy which can be posted out if requested.

The Financial Statement contains the audited financial statements of the company, together with a commentary on the business.  We are very pleased to produce this letting our owners and other stakeholders know how their business has performed.

Interim Report

Each February MainPower mails to all shareholder-customers an interim report, covering the first 6 months of each financial year.  This is a much briefer document than the annual report and gives a snapshot of how the company is tracking financially.

Statement of Corporate Intent

The Board of MainPower New Zealand Limited submits a Statement of Corporate Intent to the MainPower Trust each year setting out the overall intentions of the company and the objectives which the Directors and Trustees have agreed. Each Statement of Corporate Intent relates to the current year and two successive financial years.
