MainPower Disclosures

MainPower produces and posts to all shareholder-customers a  copy of our annual report covering the year ending 31 March.  This contains the audited financial statements of the company, together with a commentary on the business.  We are very pleased to produce this to let our owners and other stakeholders know just how their business has performed.

We are also obliged to produce an interim report, covering the first 6 months of each financial year.  This is a much briefer document than the annual report.

Annual Reports and Reviews

The Board of MainPower New Zealand Limited submitts a Statement of Corporate Intent to the MainPower Trust each year. The Statement of Corporate Intent sets out MainPower's overall intentions and objectives agreed between the Board and the Trustees for MainPower for the financial year and two successive financial years.
