Power Supply

Whatever the size or complexity of the power supply required MainPower Contracting can design, engineer, seek approvals, construct and offer a complete one stop package.

Our staff are experienced at scoping your requirements, designing the most cost effective solution, negotiating with the applicable regulatory bodies, coordinating other services, sourcing equipment, supervising construction and all the matters requiring good project management.

Power Cable Supplies

MainPower Contracting hold large stocks of underground cables and associated termination accessories which are available for purchase. We utilise reputable New Zealand manufactured cable suppliers.

Subdivisions

MainPower Contracting, through its association with MainPower New Zealand offer a concept and completion package for subdivisions. The package includes:

MainPower Contracting has been involved in significant urban property developments within the North Canterbury region. Particular reference can be made to the following projects:

• Moorcroft subdivision Kaiapoi - a 210 lot subdivision developed over a 2-3 year time frame by Meadow Estates Limited
• Arlington Estates subdivision Rangiora - a 100 lot subdivision developed over a 6 month period for Suburban Estates
• The Oaks subdivision Rangiora - a 250 lot subdivision developed over a 6 month period for VB Properties Ltd
• Wigram subdivision Christchurch - a 240 progressive subdivision developed over a 3-4 year time frame for Ngai Tahu Properties Ltd
• Northbrook Waters subdivision Rangiora - a 60 lot gated subdivision developed over a 2 year time frame for Pattang Investments Ltd
• Ocean Ridge subdivision Kaikoura - a 75 lot subdivision developed over a 2 year time frame for RD Hughes Ltd. Additional stages are ongoing.
