Field Services has approximately 105 Rangiora based staff dedicated to supplying power systems contracting services.  We have a team of people that are customer focussed, have proven industry experience, and local area knowledge.

The team consists of certified line mechanics, live line qualified mechanics, electricians, electrical fitters, cable jointers, survey/design staff, project supervisors and technicians. 

In addition we have four staff located in Culverden and Kaikoura which provide the Company’s fault response services

Dayle McDrury - Field Services Manager

Dayle has been involved in the electrical industry for 25 years, with experience in electrical wiring, hyrdro generation, network operations and more recently the Field Services division at MainPower. With a strong operational background, Dayle understands the safety and technical aspects of electrical distribution work. Dayle is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the Field Services division.

Trevor Shadbolt - Overhead Lines Supervisor

Trevor has over 35 years experience in the electrical supply industry. He is a qualified glove and barrier line mechanic and has spent the last 7 years in a planning and supervisory role.
