Mark joined MainPower in 2016, bringing with him over 15 years of experience managing commercial, infrastructure, operations and project delivery teams within high risk environments. A qualified engineer, Mark has spent the past four years as the Electrical Systems and Energy Manager at Perth Airport in Australia. Before this he held a number of engineering and management roles across New Zealand.

He has over 20 years' of extensive domestic and international experience, covering the resources, infrastructure, construction, high-risk industrial services, chemical processing, utilities, and manufacturing industry sectors. HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Sandra has been part of the Executive Leadership within MainPower since 2011, responsible for MainPower’s Human Resources team that delivers an employment environment with adequate people resource and capability to achieve the company’s business goals. This includes recruitment and selection, induction, performance management, and remuneration of the company’s varied workforce. Sandra has held senior management roles at Fairfax NZ Limited, Solid Energy and the Canterbury Rugby Football Union.

Rob joined MainPower in 2016 from Easysteel, a member of the Fletcher Building Group. Rob has spent six years in various roles within Waste Management NZ following a career in the NZ Army as an Officer in the Royal New Zealand Engineers. Rob is responsible for driving the operational vision of MainPower and leads delivery of customer service excellence through increasing operational productivity and improving outcomes to the customer.

Warren has held the role of Finance Manager with MainPower since 1987. His team is responsible for organising the financial and accounting affairs of the company including the preparation and presentation of annual accounts and the provision of financial information and strategic advice to managers to assist with ongoing decision making. Warren is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts, Society of Corporate Treasurers and Institute of Finance Professionals.
