Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will lead the delivery functions of the company in accordance with strategic and operational objectives. In doing this, you will take accountability for ensuring the safe, effective and commercially successful delivery of electricity to customers. By improving and leading operational processes, you’ll help increase productivity and improve outcomes to customers. As a member of the Executive Leadership team, you will contribute to identifying, assessing and executing new business opportunities, which will boost the commercial and strategic performance of the company.

You will be an experienced and proven leader, ideally with exposure to leading “in feld” delivery teams, where the customer experience is the primary focus. Marketing Manager

We have an opportunity for an experienced marketer who is passionate about customer experience.  Reporting to the General Manager of Customer and Corporate Relations, this role is a fantastic opportunity for you to use your proven customer experience, brand strategy, digital and marketing skills to make real business improvements.

Ideally you will have:

  • Tertiary degree in marketing, business or a related discipline (desirable).
  • A minimum of five years’ experience in marketing or a related field.
  • A passion for digital marketing and customer experience.
  • Experience managing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform (Salesforce experience is an advantage).
  • Experience in marketing automation.
  • Ability to use and integrate a range of marketing and analytical tools.
  • Exceptional conflict resolution, influencing and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to contribute to the development of strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating, leading and managing change.
  • Ability to develop and lead training across the business.
  • Ability to write and contribute to reports and business plans as required.
  • Process writing skills.
  • Ability to prepare and monitor budgets.

Process Writer (12 months fixed term)

MainPower are moving into a cloud-based process management environment with a focus on simple, easy to use processes. We have a fixed term opportunity for a suitably experienced Process Writer to join our business. 

This role works alongside and engages with business units to identify process steps and document these using our Promapp tool.  You will be good at facilitating workshops, asking questions and drilling down to ensure all elements are recorded.

Ideally you will have:

  • Experience facilitating diverse group workshops and keeping them on track
  • Proven ability to document requirements accurately.
  • Exceptional relationship and strong group management skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft suite software and understanding of IT infrastructures.
  • Autonomous and self-disciplined with great time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Line Mechanics

distribution Line Mechanics to join our Overhead team to undertake maintenance and capital works on our overhead distribution network. Some manual civil work is also required as part of this role.
