Service Delivery Manager

  • Ensure Project & Maintenance Programme Delivery; Quality, Price, Service and Scheduling

Recently MainPower put in place a Field Services Agreement (FSA). The main objectives of the FSA is to build on the existing strengths of the Company while also building strong systems and processes to enable growth. MainPower are very focussed on strengthening their core business as an enabler for the future growth of our Company.

As a result of the implementation of the FSA MainPower have created the position of Service Delivery Manager. This position will report to the GM Operations and will have responsibility for the day to day delivery of services under the FSA. This includes Project and Routine Services both Scheduled and Unscheduled.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a track record of experience working in the utility sector (preference to electricity sector experience), with accountability for the delivery of service to a network operator and end use customers.  Key attributes include demonstrated leadership and management acumen in an operational environment, a drive and ability to collaborate with the team to ensure high standards of safety, service, quality, fair price and optimum utilisation of team resources.
